  • I think for August I'll push the exercise a wee bit. 1,200 minutes of exercise, 3 pounds to lose.
  • Not a great week overall, but not too bad. 120 minutes of exercise and 1 pound lost.
  • Missed posting last week. After gaining 10 pounds in 2 weeks I managed to get most of it off and lost a net of 1 pound for the month. Got in 445 minutes of exercise. Still have this tendinitis acting up.
  • June sucked for me, too. Found out now I have tendonitis, so may not be moving so much in July, but I won't stop. Totals for June, 465 minutes of exercise and I gained 2 pounds.:(

  • Awesome run!!! I took it slow. Did 60 minutes at 3.5 mph. Nothing fancy, no hills, still aching behind the knee, but I can't just sit anymore.

  • My weight was so far out of whack bouncing up and down I will just call it even. 120 minutes of exercise.
  • Held our annual neighborhood festival on Saturday. One planning event done for a few months. So my exercise for Saturday was lifting and spurts of moving flowers, books, raffle gifts, food and just making sure things went as well as possible.   • Doc said I could spin "...if you don't go crazy...why am I even saying that to you?" Well, I did a light spin, very little resistance on the pedals and didn't go nuts on speed or my jumps, but I got in 50 minutes. Then settled to 10 on the AMT.
