Shannon, it's not all bad. Think about the benefits. I do love that AMT, though. For me, got in 50 minutes on the treadmill during lunch. After work got in a 90 minute Spin class then another 30 on the treadmill. Still having problems with the back of my knee, so staying away from floor exercises for a bit. Got to work on…

Got in 520 minutes of exercise and lost .2 pounds.

I did manage to get in 60 minutes of Spin class and 60 on the treadmill after work.

Crazy during lunch, ate at my desk. But after work got in 70 minutes on the Spin bike (did extra because I wanted to get in 26.2 miles). Ended with 30 minutes on the treadmill.

My knee felt a lot better, all the swelling went down Saturday night. So I took to the gym with 30 minutes on the AMT and 20 minutes on the treadmill at lunch. Since it still felt good, got in 60 minutes of Spin class and 20 minutes on the treadmill after work.

I knew that would be the case. Could only be water with all you do. For me, .4 lost, 395 minutes of exercise.

I think I may have pulled something in the ligaments behind my knee, but I'm going to work through it and see what happens. Could just need extra stretching. Any way, got in 50 minutes on the treadmill at lunch. That was it for 4/4

Got in 50 minutes during lunch on the treadmill. Then got in 60 minutes of Spin class followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Okay, for me, I got in 50 minutes on the treadmill at lunch. Then put in a 90 minute spin class and 15 on the treadmill after work.

All totaled I got in 1025 minutes of exercise and lost .8 pounds. Off to April!!!

Boy, I need a vacation. Anyway, got in 60 minutes on the treadmill last night after work and today during lunch got in 50. This has been a horrible month.

Not a thing. My niece had a wedding in LA, so it was a full weekend of travel - left the East Saturday morning, got to LA in the afternoon, small family gathering, wedding Sunday morning, left Sunday afternoon and came back home around 2am. That's all the exercise I got, and it wasn't REAL exercise.

Okay, guess I'll post a new one each day. Meanwhile for March 14th, got in 40 minutes of fast walk/jog. I'm trying.

Still getting used to this posting differently. Long trails. I know there has to be a way to see recent posts or unread posts. Anyway, for Tuesday, March 13th, got in 50 minutes on the treadmill during lunch.
