I need to do something. Just been so unmotivated. I will try for 3 lbs lost and 360 minutes. Back to baby stepping it.
we are having one wild crazy day. With in one minute of sitting here the wind kicked up and the snow started and it is already sticking to the ground and cars. That is totally amazing for around here.

My pleasure. I'm going for 1500 minutes of exercise and hopefully get 5 pounds off.

It's time...actually a day late...sorry.
Add up those exercise minutes from March 1st through 11th and any pounds lost (or gained) and post them here. There's 3 of us in the Challenge, so post today. Updates go up Wednesday.

Okay, I'm going to definitely try something when I post the totals for Week 2 Update.
Meanwhile, I got in 90 minutes this week and gained .6.0 -
Now, I will try tomorrow to weigh in and catch up on my minutes. I just feel all lost. Been a crazy month. I moved Ray back to renter as he does not very good relationship material. I then my daughter just moved back here with the kids a couple of days ago. So life is staying crazy. I did finally get out and do 24 minutes of walking. What a year is has been already!0

This is my Whole month update. Exercise was better, but weight not good.
I got in 688 minutes of exercise and I gained 2 pounds.

All totaled I got in 1025 minutes of exercise and lost .8 pounds.

I finally figured out how to do a progress report on here! So, now I know my minutes and all
March: exercise - 995 minutes
weight loss - 3.4 lbs DOWN!!
I made my goal, yay!
Now..time for April0 -
