  • That is not true if you use good form, keep abs pulled in etc you actually tone more than your legs, if you add weights while walking you can tone arms. everyone here thinks you have to go to extremes to lose weight but the truth of the matter you can keep it simple and work your way up to doing more challenging things…
  • I meant to add that on some days if my schedule doesn't allow I just try to get up and move more to get my 10,000 steps, that had me one night walking around in large circles in my basement until I got all of them:) I also use a fitbit to track my steps/activity
  • I have been walking at least 10,000 steps a day for the last three months (some days less, some days more but it evens out to 70,000 a week). It has helped me a lot. I have had trouble just like you with other work out routines and I just couldn't seem to stick to it but for some reason just telling myself that no matter…
  • How can you possibly say that she is not addicted to sugar. Addiction to any and all food is a true addiction, just like drugs because food stimulates the dopamine receptors in your brain the same as drugs and I take offense to the fact that you cooly reply " make a different choice" pretty sure if it were that easy then…
  • I have had my fitbit for over a year, even bought a second one after I accidently broke the first one. I love It. I makes me accountable for my level of activity and lack of activity. I dont go a day without wearing it and feel lost without it. Definately recommend.

  • I have had my fitbit for about 3 months and I love it. I was pretty surprised how sedintary I am at times. I love that it tracks all your steps as well as incline (like stairs and steep hills). It works great with MFP and you only have to log your food onto MFP and they sync together (cal that you should consume are not…
  • I have the same problem, I just eat what I want and log it wherever i think it fits but recently I found you can change your settings on MFP and actually make it so it doesnt say breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can put in times or whatever you want to put in.
  • You probably are not eating enough and if you have been on and off diets a lot it takes your body longer to get the message that you are not starving yourself. If you are working out a lot you need to eat more calories than 1200
  • This topic has totally motivated me. I know I have heard it a million times to set mini goals and I suppose I laughed it off. But you all have made me really think about it so I set mini goals ( just now!) at 5 pound increments and if it all goes as planned (one day at a time of course) I will be at or below my goal weight…
