Just bought some also. I put them in a protein shake I made. I saw a recipe on line to roll protein balls in them.

Now that we're on the subject....I'm a triple D. Has anyone found a large size sports bra that fits and supports?? I hate wearing my regular bras to the gym.

This is what I have and I hate it!! Ugggh. Maybe if I try disguising it with fruit and yogurt it will be better.
