Awesome! Great accomplishment!

Having the same problem! I used to be able to go for a walk in the evening during the winter with my bf and with a decent coat I would be ok. Now I'm shivering like crazy from the moment I walk outside. It's a little frustrating b/c I'm so tired of being cold all the time.......butttt, I'm not really going to complain…

It sounds strange, but eat more that 1200. I just upped my calories because I stalled on weight loss. I was eating 1200. Now I eat between 1310-1400 and the weight feels like it's literally falling off of me. Lost almost 4 lbs in two weeks. It made me nervous upping the calories (VERY nervous), but it was so worth it. I…

WOW, that is such a great idea! You look incredible. I may try this next time I'm feeling blah while shopping lol.

Yum! I'm going to try this!

Awesome feedback, thanks guys! I never considered getting both might be more beneficial. I was a bit confused on the differences between the two since I've never used either one. Right now, I want to track my calories during high intensity workouts, so the polar is probably better for the time being. Going to check out the…

LOVE 30DS! I'm sure it's been said already, but stick with it! That was the hardest challenge for me. There were days I would come home from work and think ughh I don't wanted to do it today haha, but each time I'd tell myself to stop making excuses and get off my lazy butt. So glad I have so far. I'm on Level 2 and it's…

double bump.

Hey! I've been doing well this week. Starting weight at the beginning of the challenge was 140 lbs. Today I weighed in at 137.6! Feeling really good about this so far. Can wait to see where I am 10 weeks from now!!

I've been doing really well! I often will cheat a little on weekends, but I've been trying so hard not to and it's paying off! Started the challenge at 140lbs. This morning I weighed in at 137.6! Yay! Keep pushing everyone! It might seem hard now, but you'll get used to it quickly and you'll be so thankful you did!

bump for later!

Thanks everyone!

So glad Jillian's back! She's definitely tough, but sweet talking the contestants isn't going to get them anywhere. I guarantee they wouldn't even bother getting off of the floor once they fell the first time. The show has been on for years...why would you expect any less if you were a contestant? It's going to be a good…

Got my cardio in yesterday. Normally, I would run or do the elliptical, but I hurt my knee over the weekend so I just walked (3.5 mph) for 30 minutes. Knee is feeling better today. I'm going to try getting back to JM's 30DS this evening! If not...more walking :) As far is drinking 64oz of water...piece-o-cake hehe ;)

Thank you both!! So excited :)

Wondering if you could post the link to the group spreadsheet under group info on the main group page? That we we don't have to go searching for it under the message boards. Would be very helpful!! Thanks :)

Here are my pics. I've never posted before pics before and it makes me super nervous, but here it goes. I'm not an expert, but here are my thoughts. You definitely seem like you're eating a low amount of calories everyday. The theory of starvation mode suggests that if you're not eating enough food, as soon as you DO eat enough, you're body starts to store that food rather than burn it. It would make sense that you'd start…

You look amazing!!!

Definitely not a small accomplishment! It's something so many of us struggle with being able to say no to some of our favorite foods. I feel the same way when I'm strong enough to do it!

Amazing transformations! Can't wait to see more!

Aiming for 10-15 lbs! Just in time for my trip to Cabo!!
-
So cool! Added my current and goal weights. Thanks!!

Start by eating clean. Lean meats and fish with a ton of fruits and veggies. Eliminate alcohol from your diet between now and your trip (if you drink any). Drink a bunch of water every day. The more you do this and experiment with healthier options, the easier it will be to stick to it. Eventually it won't even feel like a…
