Oh, I remember doing the fat girl squat haha. Glad I don't have to anymore! The fat girl squat always runs the risk of ripping pants

I generally give myself at least 1 rest day. Sometimes two depending on the intensity of my workout. Right now I'm doing the Insanity workout. I'm in the middle of month two and I seem to have new sore muscles every single day. My body just needs a break sometimes.

I have at least 1 Dove Dark Chocolate square per day. They're about 42 calories also. Delicious and does the trick...for the most part

Wow! You look fantastic! Really well done

You look fantastic! You're such an inspiration. I'm so sorry for your loss. You seem like a strong woman, your son is so lucky to have you. Congratulations :)

The Chinese restaurant we used to order from had lighter options....and by lighter I mean they sent the chicken and veggies in a box, completely plain. I could make that myself and the chicken wouldn't taste nearly as chewy. Yuck. I'd go for Mexican food over Chinese food any day...regardless of how healthy it is haha

^This. I don't buy things that will tempt me. Of course, when you're at work, at a friend's house, or anywhere else outside your own home, temptations arise. I eat in moderation. For example, someone brought in donuts to work today...I totally cut about 1/8 of the donut and ate it on my way back to my desk. Luckily, many…

Don't get surgery! You can do this without it. You just have to keep at it. I am 24 years old. At my highest weight I was around 180 lbs. I now weigh about 134 lbs. Don't give up, eat healthy, log your food on MFP everyday and get some exercise. The weight will start to come off. It might be a slow process, but it will…

You look incredible!!

That's so cool! Go us!!

More like willingly jumped off the wagon... I had an amazing dinner at my favorite Spanish restaurant, shared a half a pitcher of sangria with my boyfriend and topped it off with a chocolate dessert. No regrets.

I agree with what some others have posted already... If you've only been together since October of last year and you're ALREADY having communication problems, it just sounds like it's not meant to be. You either have to sit him down, be blunt, and ask him what his problem is...or just ditch him. From my own experience I…

It's great that you want to try it! I'm not sure if size matters as much as your fitness level. Sure, it would probably be easier to wait until you lost more...which is what I did too. Good luck with it though. Don't be afraid of it. That's the nice thing about at-home video workouts. You can go at your own pace. If you…

It's been a good week, I'm staying on top of my diet and keeping up with Insanity. So far I've lost 6 lbs since Jan. 6th. Challenge Weights: Starting weight - 140 lbs Week 1 - 137.6 lbs Week 2 - 137.0 lbs Week 3 - 135.4 lbs Week 4 - 135.4 lbs (forgot to weigh in this week) Week 5 - 134.0 lbs Total loss: 6 lbs (woohoo!)…

bump...I keep losing this link!

Guacamole. There's a restaurant near me that makes huge bowls if it for tables to share....they have SEVEN different flavors....SEVEN. I could eat the whole bowl by myself, but I generally go with one or two other people so it keeps me from scarfing it down then licking the bowl (which I think I would totally do if I…

Wow! You look awesome! 30DS really works, I've used it myself and couldn't believe how many inches I lost (considering how few lbs I lost). Really amazing job! Keep it up!
-
Awesome job! That's such a great achievement! Keep it up :)

15 lbs in 5 weeks seems like huge success to me. You should be so proud! Way to go :)

I'm doing the Color Run in Richmond, VA in September! I can't wait! It's going to be so much fun. I have friends who are new to running that are training to run with me. I'm so proud of them! Good luck everyone!
-
Haha I think we've all experienced this... A friend of mine told me "You look like you've lost a whole person." Knowing this person, I wasn't really offended (at first). I was actually a little flattered that she noticed, but after the fact I was like damn, I wasn't THAT big....or was I :blushing: Oh, and another friend of…

My license says I'm about 20 lbs heavier than I actually am now (yay!)

Ravens all the way! So proud of them! It was a team effort, they fought hard, and they deserved the win. I'm so over the hype with Ray Lewis. I'm a fan and I think he's a great motivator for the team, but I'm sick of people hating the entire team b/c of how they feel about one player. Ravens Nation! The Tide commercial was…
