LOVE Zumba!! Wish i could get in but im still recovering for flu like sickness.... but im still getting my work out on i just switched it to palaties instead, so im not killing my lungs when they are still recovering..... once im fully recovered im hitting ZUMBA hard!!

Congratulations!! Im trying to loose 70lbs right now too.. i started at 270, and have kicked about 30lbs.. i took a break during the holidays, so Im trying to get back in the healthy mind set again! You can do it!! keeping track of what you eat really helps!~! :)

its good to keep your cans but change the type of cans they are.. like you want a burger and french fries, so instead you have a vegi/turcky burger with baked fries or sweet potato fries... Or i like to have my can days.. like once a week do really good, and stay strick then Sunday just enjoy. Trying not to go crazy unless…
