it's so nice when someone notices!! way to go - and you're right - it's difficult to continue to be as socially active as you want to be and still 'behave' around the snacks, etc. - good for you for finding a balance there!! :flowerforyou: keep up the great work!!

i almost always count my meals before i eat them - and then i know what i can and can't have to keep it under the limits. keeps me on track better that way.

yes, that's what i've been doing, too - taking the hit - lol. yesterday i made a sandwich and piled on the lettuce and onions and used only 1/2 tablespoon of hellmans. was just hoping there was a 'healthier' alternative, so i could eat enough to actually taste it! haha. thanks, everyone!

do you have a recipe for your mayo? i guess i just want something that i can use a tablespoon of that doesn't equate to 25% of my daily fat intake - haha

i just read something that said it will take you 4 weeks to notice a difference - friends and family 8 weeks to notice a difference - and everyone else 12 weeks to notice a difference ~ :/ ~ seems discouraging, but i'm gonna keep going and see if this is true! hang in there!! :flowerforyou:
