Cheese fries and salt and vinegar chips! I try not to buy the chips unless they are baked and portion them in baggies. Cheese fries are usually on a cheat day and Iget a small order and usually split them with someone so I won't eat them all!

My go-to's are: - a Subway 6" veggie on wheat, 2 cheese triangles, with mustard and vinegar. Load those veggies on! - McDonalds grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo, no fries. -Chipolte chicken bowl, brown rice, veggies, salsa. No sour cream or cheese.

I don't think you will gain anything if you eat responsibly and portion. Even the fast food joints have a lot of options now as to healthier eating. Skip fries and get a side salad or apple slices, order sandwiches with no mayo or cheese, water instead of soda ect. You may retain a little extra water weight because of the…

I use romaine lettuce, fat free ground turkey meat, low sodium seasoning, fat free sour cream, 2% or FF shredded cheddar, black beans, diced tomatos, jalapenos, and some bell peppers. I don't use any dressing and sometimes will add a little avocado if I have it! :bigsmile:

Getting married October 19th this year! Hoping to be down another 14 lbs by then! I'm doing hot yoga a couple time a week, taking an ab class twice per week, spin once a week, and cardio in between, eating about 1200 calories per day ;)

I'm also a little under 6 months away!! It's crunch time! I have incereased my work outs to 5 days per week from 3. Hot yoga sculpt, HPF, spin classes, and general cardio and ab classes at the gym. I'm hoping mixing it up will give me better results. I'm down about 11 lbs now, but am only half way there! Good Luck ladies!!

I think if you don't hit that point is when you are in trouble. Once you do, take that self awareness and turn it into motivation. I hit that point myself and thinking about it is what gets me to the gym everyday.Don't dwell on it, but when you go to grab that third slice of pizza, think about those jeans you couldn't zip…
