With no exercie I would like to see closer to 200 left in case I want a late snack but with exercise I dont care how much is left, I dont like to eat back a lot of my calories.

I use it everyday in the morning and after I workout so I can meet my protein requirement for the day. I have used GNCs brand strawberry and cookies and cream, I think it is whey isolate and it was good, just a little pricey. I am currently using Dymatize Gourmet chocolate and it is priced good and tastes decent.

Eh I had a frozen grilled chicken breast sandwich and smeared some butter'n pb on it, it actually turned out decent.

Personally I try not to stay in the gym more than an hour-1.5hrs and I do not hit the same body parts back to back days, unless I am playing basketball but I dont count that as going specifically to get a workout. If it were me I would think I was doing too much but I dont think its that bad.

I hit 11 today but I was getting comments around like 8 I was surprised and happy.

Why not just eat at a deficit and not do the low carb. MFP allows me like 280g of carbs, i stay within my macros and Im still losing.
-
1200 seems really low for you to be losing weight, but if it worked it worked. Im 5'7 180 and my calorie deficit on here is 2060, this is through a cut. Now if I wanted to bulk I would go over my maintenance, which is like 2600, by 500 and try and stay clean with what I eat.
-
To give you an idea MFP calls for 80-100g for me and I try and shoot for 160-200g.

I love my traps and I so so love my arms. 16in and getting more defined so not head over heels in love with them yet.

I took samples from GNC for a few weeks. I think it really helped to kick my appetite and keep me from eating snacks. I also loved the energy, I did not get jittery but I had a ton of energy. Only downfall was that when it made me sweat it did not seem to mix well with my body because it was a distinct smell.

It is good to have a cheat day or a cheat meal, it helps to keep away those cravings for bad food. I have cheat meals, not a whole day of going way over, and I do it once every 2 weeks. If anything it may slow your progress down a bit but it doesnt seem to be hurting myself.

You have lost a substantial amount of weight......Great job!

I wouldnt stop it, the creatine will help retain the muscle you have while you try and cut. That being said expect some water retention which will make your weight fluctuate.
-
I was on bodybuilding forums and they were telling guys that you should generally have like 80-100g a day. I try not to go over 80 personally.
-
So are you supposed to eat your exercise calories back? I havent really heard other wise if you should or shouldnt.
-
I talk about my calorie counting with my guy friend that I go to the gym with and he hates it, he is a little overweight and not serious about getting in shape so I guess thats why.
-
I prefer the digital ones so I would go that route but avoid the bodyfat ones, just a waste of money.

When I was doing insanity I had let it continue run

Girls at work put down dancing, but you will have to add more minutes than what you actually do because Zumba burns quite a bit of calories.
-
Thats great good job, sweets in the office are always something I must turn down.
-
Just to add flavor when I get tired of water I use the Mio liquids, spices things up a bit. Plus they are 0 calories.
-
I agree that seeing friends diets helps, not only to see that they are doing good but also what to eat and how.
-
I normally do not eat back my calories from a workout, especially if I played basketball or cardio that burned a lot of calories. I would feel like I was defeating the purpose.

Im the same except I do it one time a week, which is at random, or one time in two weeks. I feel too guilty if I cheat once a week consistently.
