I do not eat breakfast due to the fact that I am currently doing IF but when I did I had egg whites with plain oates. Gave me my protein and the oates kept me full.

My bad I shouldnt have said exact but a closer amount burned than the estimate on MFP, or at least I would trust the HRM more.

It is an estimate, if you want exact get a heart rate monitor.

Recently single as of friday but before that about 3 times a week I guess, thats about the average we saw each other during the week.

I stick with 5x5 and have saw great results. Up to 255 all while in a cut.

I have KSOs and had them for about a year. There for awhile I just wore them around doing whatever, nothing specific for the shoes tho. Yesterday tho was my first hike in them. The hike was 2 1/2 hrs long and we went over gravel, dirt, rocks, and open meadows. They were great over everything. The only time I had a problem…

I dont call it cheating per day but if I was to find out the person I am with was calling people she met online to try and get it on with then I would leave. No point in staying with someone when they have intentions like that.

Once I have gotten to my desired weight and look then I wont be so crazy about what I eat. I also plan to do a bulk phase so I can eat more calories. So no I could not eat at a deficit for the rest of my life, that would suck

I will probably continue to use the app to do bulk and cut cycles. I also like to know how much fat and protein I am taking in for the day so that is reason enough to keep using it.

When I go to the gym and I push myself pretty hard I enter that under vigorous calisthenics. If I go with a few friends and we stand around a bit and talk then I list it as strength training. The strength training on MFP is only an estimate, it has no way of knowing how hard you worked out.

I wouldnt worry so much about the 100-200 calories either but that could be a protein shake to me so I could reach my protein goals. I just think there is a big gap between strength training and the calisthenics. The 440 calories were for only 40 mins not a whole hour, it would probably be 300+

I dont know what constitutes as too much protein for you but if you are basing it off of MFPs protein calculations you have plenty of room.

I would not stress working out, I got strep twice in one month and it was terrible. Just get lots of rest and try to eat healthy as usual.

Strength training is done with weights and you can do this at home, just buy some dumb bells. As far as routine you could always look online for home workouts, I go to a gym tho/
