Glad I asked this question now as your all making me feel normal for wanting to take my stuff and give it a go! I'm going to Mexico for two weeks so I will still get plenty of time to relax & I will feel more relaxed about what I am eating aswell, even if I only fit in a few sessions! Thanks guys! :)

Thanks for all your comments, you're all right. Its only me that change myself, no one else just me! I am feeling much more positive today and have realised I just need to take one day at a time to ease myself back into my routine! Thanks guys! xx

I have been doing 16:8 since mid August and have lost 1lb of a stone! Love it - couldn't recommend it more! I have never been a breakfast lover anyway so I guess that helps but eating within that time period and missing breakfast gives me lower cals for the day so I can still eat normal for the rest of the day without…

I eat healthy, I have salad mainly every day for lunch with fruit which feels me up comfortably until dinner. I snack on fruit and have it for breakfast. I drink plenty of water and don't get me wrong I do have the odd treat. My log probably looks like I do not consume many calories however the majority of it I earn back…

Ah lovely thanks guys, I'm definitely going to try a flavour! I am trying to drink it instead of tea's and coffee :) I tend to drink a lot of tea and coffee in the cold as my office gets cold so hopefully green tea as an alternative will help!!

Ah Ok I'll give it a go then! I've wrote my meal plans for the fasting days for the next two weeks and it doesn't sound to bad! I've heard chomping on celery & cucumber throughout the day helps too? What's TDEE then? Xxx

wow thanks for the great responses guys! I wasn't expecting so many... Defiantly going to purchase this book, it sounds good! I'm a HUGE lover of salad so I should be okay, I also have been trying the Special K multigrain porridge which fills me up for ages, I'm guessing that will be good with some fruit on my fasting…

I was wondering if it still works if I was to eat say 800 and then ensure I burn off 300 at the gym say - would that still work out that I'm doing it correctly? My friend works night's so sleeps through the day as much as she can on fasting days and then doesn't feel her hunger! But yeah I will look on here now! Thanks,

Ah ok! I guess it will make we wary on how many I eat! I'll look into that one, I'm normally not to bad, however everyone in my household has this flu so there's no getting away! Thanks for your response!
