I have a hrm and love it. I have a sunnto. I have also had times where it shows that my HR has gone past 195. But i like how i can be accurate with my calories. I find the machines always give me lower calories burnt. Does anyone have a sunnto M4? If so how do you rate it?

This might have nothing to do with haemoglobin, but i do have a iron deficiencies. So maybe this could be it. I know that i am not unfit so thats why i thought i would see if anyone else had the same issues. Maybe a trip to the drs is needed then. Thanks everyone :smile:

I find it embarrassing to. I go to the gym 3-5 days a week and have been for a while. I wouldnt say that i am unfit but my HR seems to show i am. It doesnt matter how far into the workout it is. It stuill goes up and can get to 200+ as well. As you said not ideal i know but it happens. Just dont understand as i am not…

I acutally wanted to know about this. My friend and i both have the same HR monitior and do the same workouts and end up with different amount of calories burnt.
