Trader Joe's has a really awesome spicy peanut dressing that is 70 cals for 2 Tbl. and super, super tasty!

My standard salad dressing is 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or lemon juice with some powdered dressing mix (both Ranch and Italian taste good) or just combine salt & pepper plus herbs and spices of your choice.
