My trainer tells me she has an "off meal" once a week-if that makes sense. So she is strict all week and saves her fun no counting meal for the weekend sometime.... but I don't see much of a difference than having an "off day". it's all about progress and lifestyle changes.

my guess is it's definitely a sodium thing. everytime i do focus my diet on more protein, the lbs drop faster because of how it's converted in your body. what types of protein have you incorporated? you may need a tad bit more water too... have you done any detoxing? i have a really good detox plan my trainer gave me. i…
