  • I am hanging in! Went to spin class this morning before work, really hoping to get back into the gym this evening to do some weights. The extra water yesterday really helped me flush out my system and I feel great today! Hope you are well!!

  • Good afternoon! Work is insanely busy today, glad it is almost over then gym time! I usually go in the mornings about 530 but I couldn't drag myself out of bed this morning. Today is my cardio day...I'm not as excited as I want to be, but I'm going to push through:)

  • Doing pretty good, slacked off this weekend a little but didn't gain any weight luckily.   • Hope you are feeling better! I'm doing well, went to my 6 spin class. Hoping to see another pound loss this week...but my TMO started a week early so I have a feeling the water weight is going to keep me over this week. Here's hoping though :)

  • Yesterday was my birthday, and I did not count calories. I had a few drinks and two not so low cal meals. Luckily this morning the scale only showed a half pound gain which I think might be mostly water retention. Going to work out really hard 5 days this week and make up for high cal weekend.

  • Good morning! The weather is beautiful here as well! I just finished my spin class, it was killer. I kind of like the 6 am workout though, gets it out of the way so tonight when I get off work I can just relax...minus dinner and cleaning. Hope you guys have a great day!

  • Right after a workout I like to have a glass of chocolate milk, it gets my sweet tooth happy and the milk fills me up. Its a great recoop drink and fuels the muscles. I drink that and wait a half hour, usually that holds me over for quite a while. Also, eggs, they are fabulous protein and keep you full longer.

  • Doing pretty good here, over slept this morning so I didn't get to do my strength training, just did cardio. Hoping if I get off work on time I can make it in to do weights. I am definitely starting to see some good changes in my body, scale isnt moving a lot but my legs and arms are definitely changing...wish my belly…
  • Sorry I'm late, my sister had a baby this weekend, so I spent the weekend between the hospital visiting and my mothers. Did good on my diet, but didn't get any working out until Sunday afternoon. I'm still here though!

  • My arms are like jello from working with a trainer yesterday morning, it was difficult to even lift them to wash my hair this morning. But I feel great! Got all my water in yesterday, going to try to hit 120 again today to help my muscles. Taking this afternoon off of running because I am up to 4 blisters, hoping they heal…

  • I'm doing good! Met with the personal trainer this morning and lifted weights, working primarily on arms and boy am I feeling it! Also got in a two mile afterwards, and now I am not in the mood to be at work...but I'm working on my water and some good eating :)
  • Still hating those V squats as well!
  • I took today off as a rest day, tomorrow I'm meeting with my personal trainer for the first workout, I was sore yesterday from running so I took today off to be prepared for tomorrow.
