  • Hmmm, a salad of some sort? You don't have a whole lot to work with, but a big platter of leafy green, veggies isn't very much calories and should leave you a little bit of room for a protein and/or fat. Good luck. You have a long day ahead.
  • I don't do meal service plans but am considering it for the fall. I work FT, have two children, wake up at 5am every day to work out, so if I can come home and have a meal already prepared that I just have to cook and assemble that will make my life that much easier, I am all for it. Thanks for your ideas. I am just going through a phase where I am really uninspired with what I feed him and…
  • When I am on the road, a fruit and yogurt parfait and an unsweetened iced tea from McD's is my go-to breakfast or snack. Its only 160 calories and is semi healthy. If I have to eat a meal there, I do what others mention and get a grilled chicken snack wrap and apples, or if I want to splurge, get a cheeseburger and small…
