I get so confused when it comes to the calorie thing. To me it doesnt make sense to eat the calories you've burned...so I dont. I've still had success losing weight. Maybe each person is different. But I thought the idea was to burn more than you eat...or at least some of it. I drive my self crazy trying to figure it out!
