I feel like I'm the only person who eats better during TOM... I used to crave chocolate ice cream and red wine, but it seems like now that I've been exercising regularly I don't crave them as much. I don't understand the logic behind it, but it's true.

Yay! My fave gift too - but my husband gave it to me 2 weeks early. I have been at that gym almost every single day for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at a time. Love it!

Yesterday I ate 3200+ and woke up this morning feeling like craaaaaaap, so I held back and only ate 2800 today... LOL "Moderation" But there's some cookies and Bailey's in the kitchen... and you guys have really given me an excuse to be competitive and try to meet yall's numbers... Ah decisions, decisions!
