Since the weather is getting nicer in KC, I plan to walk the dogs when I get home from work. Then do the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes of AB work, then stretch! :happy:

Someone mentioned "stay out of the kitchen...LOl" but I would have to agreee. There is always food in the kitchen at my office and I simply stay away. Out of sight - out of mind! Good luck!
