You can change your setting on MFP to 1300 if you'd like. When you log in your exercise MFP will add those calories in for you to eat if you'd like.

This ^^^ If the ones who are in heaven looked down, I believe there would be lots of tears...don't you think. The Bible says that in heaven there are no tears, no sadness. That would be impossible if those that are there seen what was happening down here.

I've been stalking posts about this too. Just in "research" stage right now. I'm intrigued by this. Do you have to belong to a gym to do this? Is it possible to do it at home?...with the purchase of weights of course.

I just did this for the first time today. I liked it. I was dripping with sweat!

Your not eating enough. You have ate less than 900 calories. Your body needs fuel. If it happens again please get to a doctor and show him/her your food journal too. Take care of yourself.
-
It's already at a deficit. Eat ALL 1200 calories and at least 1/2 your exercise calories back. Otherwise your calories will be too low. Checkout what your BMR is and make sure your eating at least that. Click on tools to find it. Good luck!!!
-
No need to change. After your TOM your body will catch up.
-
IMO...1200 is WAY too low!!! You need to go to tools and figure out your BMR. Never net less than that. MFP seems to give everyone 1200. It's just too low. Some great links in the top of the message boards from people who know there stuff. Take some time to read them.
-
I doubt it. You would have had to eat an excess of like 17,000 calories to do that. Probably mostly water weight. Salty foods will do it. Is it TOM. That alone will add 3-5 lbs temporarily. Watch your food choices, watch your salt intake and drinkn your water. You should see it come back down.

OMG! You look amazing! How did you do it? Please share your journey.

Yep. Definately need to eat more. Also, are you sure your calories burned are correct. The best way is a HRM. I up'ed my calories to 1500. 1200 was too low and I eat most of my exercise calories back too. So far it's working well.

Happy Birthday!!!!

I have one. Its OK. It claims to tell you how many calories you burned through out the day, counts step, counts stairs, and counts miles. Thats about it. Personally, if you dont already have a HRM (heart rate monitor), I would invest in one of those instead. I find FitBit to be pretty much a pedometer. If you are planning…
