You just have to do it. There's no special trick to do it. I haven't been doing it long, about 3 months now. I am NOT a morning person. I force myself out of the bed. That's great to hear!!! I only have about 10 lbs left to lose, although if the inches come off I don't really care if that scale moves or not. My muscles are still yelling at me. But that's ok...they can talk back all they want as long as they are doing what they are suppose to ;)

Thanks for the input. I've seen lots of different workouts with people doing "hybrid". Always made me wonder if the original program isn't enough. I force the time to do my workout. I can't imagine trying to find time to do 2 programs.

Hi everyone! I just started October 1st with ChaLean Extreme. I hope to have good results. I only have about 10 lbs to lose; however, being realistic, if the inches come off I am ok with weight where ever it needs to be. I just did day 1 yesterday (October 1) as well! I use a HRM to log it; however, I also dont really need to worry about how many calories I burned as I dont eat back my exercise calories...they are already figured in to my calorie budget. As long as I work out 3-5 days a week my calories are the same every day.

Hello! I started it yesterday (October 1st). Did Burn 1. Today is rest day, tomorrow, Burn 2 and so forth. I am excited to get this going. My muscles are feeling it today. Been screaming at me all morning...lol! I'd love to hear your results the first go around!

I was told to cut 30DS down to 3-4 days a week and it's working so much better. I currently do 30DS on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday and on Saturday I do Yoga Meltdown. Weight and inches started coming off when I switched.

I can't see your food diary so I can't say for sure but if you started exercising more you probably need to eat more. Try adding 100 calories at a time to see if it helps.
