it's true for me! I think that the days before you normally have water retention, then about the 1st day you loose it so you might be lighter... but also take something the days after!

dont' worry about that! Consider 180 your starting point and after try to weight only once a week in the same conditions (mornig, naked, before b)! It is possible you lost a lot in 4 days but some of that is probably water retention! :)

It's really normal... the body stocks water before "consuming" it... I advice you not to waight yourself two days before and two days after the beginning of your period! ;)
