I use organic agave, just because most times its untampered with. You use less than honey for the same impact so you end up consuming less of it. Besides its a little less expensive and its more reliable. Too often so called "Natural Honey" really isnt. Besides I love the taste.:wink:

Absolutely agree. I also have a lot of trouble modifying my coffee with fat free milk and splenda and all the artificial stuff. I use the Carnation creamer with zero sugar and carbs and the splenda/brown sugar mix... I'm sorry my coffee has to be right! Everything else I can sacrifice taste on but not the "crackfee"...LOL

Its not a bad thing to be over on your protein and fiber, but your SUGAR... now that's the enemy... Once you go in the red with sugar its time to make some compromises with the sugar for the rest of your day.

I did the South Beach Diet once, by Dr. Agatson. One thing that was really emphasized in that diet plan was eating frequently.
