im a stay at home mother of one. he's going to be 8months on the 18th. and I'm trying to lose the 70 lbs that came with the pregnancy, and it's not easy. I could use some motivation myself. :laugh:

lots of water! water fills you up. tea with mint is good the mint suppresses the appetite. and salad is good too, not a lot of calories but it's still filling. hope that helps. and good luck with your weight loss goals.

born in '86 and I love that. I miss the 80's and early 90's. My son was born last year, and I want to buy him toys from the era's he will never know. :'(

i used to weigh 197 and i had a 10 shoe size but when I went down to 154 I had a 9 shoe size, 8 1/2 in heels. My friend had 3 children and her shoe size is now 12 from a size 9 but she didn't put on much weight. so i guess it just depends on the person.

as long as whatever you are drinking out of is 8oz you are fine. I drink out of a water bottle and its = to 3 8oz cups of water so I drink 3 of those for my daily intake of water. if you go over the recommended daily intake no worries, just as long as you stay hydrated. But be careful not to drink to much water, and I mean…
