  • I'm in the uk so not much of a comparison but for la fitness I pay £24 a month, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam, gym and loads of classes every week. they are so easy to knock down in price if you keep trying :)

  • Im the same and especially with all the stress. Go to the shops first thing in the morning without eating and grab as many healthy snacks as possible.
