  • I was like you the once a week pooper but I take some awesome fiber pills now and also this tea called DIETAFIT FAST MAX DETOX I got it from the Russian store in Auburn, WA but Im sure you can find it at a health store also try WU-YIN CLEANSING TEA :) GOOD LUCK WITH THE POOPS!:laugh:
