definitely agree with checking out your local library, they are a great resource for free stuff :) also, someone mentioned tricep dips, which I will sometimes do at home. just need a coffee table or chair to brace on, great workout while you're busy watching the commercials!

Just tried Chobani myself and liked it. How do you make Greek yogurt? and I've never even heard of a yogurt maker lol. Does that just help you mix everything up?

good point, I have been thinking about that myself. My goal cal is 1470 for a pound a week, but a range does allow for a healthier frame of mind; i.e., not getting anxious or worrying bc you might go over with this one piece of food.

well MFP, I hope you're happy- when I was adding to this thread I realized that I hadn't done my morning calistenics. Against my "ugh, gross" reflex, I laid down on my lab floor to do 100 crunches and 50 pushups (as fast as possible lol). Not a moment too soon, since literally the second I stood up, my co-worker walked in.

Had my vegetables last night with dinner, though forgot the calistenics, boo! I did them yesterday morning and will be doing them as soon as I log off :) I also switched to 100 crunches instead of 50. water intake is great.
