I'm 5'5" but don't really think that's short for a girl... more like average in my opinion. :) SW: 200 lbs (7/15/14) CW: 184 lbs GW: 135-150 lbs (as long as I'm fit, I don't care what the scale says)

Just want to put this out there to reach as many people as I can. I find that motivating others motivates me in return! :) (I promise you this is not some kind of ad or anything. I just really love that these people exist and they have helped so many people!) I got back into wanting to lose weight on July 14. I weighed 200…

Yes, yes, yes! The thing about it taking 21 days to make a habit is something I always hear my mother-in-law say, so when I started trying to lose weight again, I refused to let myself stop until I at least finished those 21 days... then 21 turned into 22, 23... and now 6+ weeks without ever having a thought that I can't…

I got back into wanting to lose weight on July 14. I weighed 200 lbs and this Monday I weighed in at 184! My motivation hit me when I found fitnessblender.com and that is what REALLY got me through the first few weeks. It's a site run by 2 personal trainers who are husband and wife. They have 400+ free workout videos that…

This would cause your weight to stay the same or even increase even if you do lose fat. Measure yourself once a week or every other week and you will probably…

I started trying to lost weight again about 5 weeks ago. I started at 200 lbs and want to get to 135-140 (for me, that's just a rough estimate because I'd rather be fit with muscle tone and that may make me look good but weigh more). I set small goals to reach, like getting to 170 by November 1 for a cruise. I found…

I've lost 16 lbs in about 5 weeks, just because I've started seeing this process as a lifestyle change. Whenever people ask me about what "diet" I'm on, I tell them it's not a diet because I plan on making this change last a lifetime. You guys can do it, too! Stay motivated! ps- For anyone interested, I found…

1. Eating fewer calories... at first I still ate most of the same stuff as before, just less. Now I notice I crave the healthier options. 2. Green tea fat burner pills ... those things helped me lose 9 lbs in my first week... I swear by them. I was ready to just stop trying because I was "too sore and tired" to continue.…

I'm 5'5" and weigh 170. I want to get down to 140 eventually but right now I'm just aiming for 150 and healthy.
