Oh yes, and it sucks. He can eat whatever he wants and never gain a pound. But he is also very active.

ME-5 LNS-2 This is the group for me. Always wanting something in the evening, usually due to boredom. When I try to avoid the junk food I keep eating everything else to avoid it and then end up eating it anyways. Uugh!!:frown:

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease almost a year ago, and at that time I was already battling my weight. Now not only do I have to watch my calorie intake but whether my meals are gluten free or not. I sometimes find it too be a real bummer. Any ideas how to cope.
