not an experience with me so much i lost close to 52 lbs over a year period and havnt had issues. but my best friend lost 60 some lbs one summer when we where in our teens and to this day he has loose skin. maybe because he lost it too fast im not sure if that makes a difference or not

fist congats on the weight loss thats great i too need 10-15 more lbs to lose i lost 52 as well was only 8 lbs from my goal then the holidays hit me hard and gained 15 back so now i gotta get back on track

yeah been down that road with everything under the sun. so glad i went to a dr and got put on a great program which changed my ways. yeah i have a girl at work like that she goes on the newest pill out there then sits at her desk all day snacks on chips and such and wonders why she cant lose weight

the way my dr told me how i should be eating and for the most part am which must be working because i lost over 40 lbs with 20 to go but starting to slow down. anyway hear it is and it kinda makes sense. your metabalism is at its peak in the morning so breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day second lunch and small…
