It really is difficult. I really just boils down to making the time. And make the most out of your activity; take the stairs versus the elevator, park further in the parking lot, play hide and seek with the kids, walk around the house carrying veggie cans, ect.

-I am addicted to games on my iPad. I have 10 of them I play on a regular basis, going from one to another. -When I go to a public place, for some reason I always have to poop. It hits me out of nowhere. I don't have stage fright using public restrooms -I worry about things I cannot change or have control over over.

Thank you!!! He just texted me he passed it. But he couldn't catch it because he had to pee in the downstairs tub because he couldn't make it to the toilet..LOL. He said the pressure is now gone but still feels achy. He's going to continue to drink copious amounts of water.

I have IBS but I notice when I eat crappy, well....I crap. When I eat better foods, including raw fruits and vegetables, I have mild constipation. You are getting more fiber in your diet but you have to make sure you introduce it slowly. Introducing too much fiber at once will make you feel constipated/bloated as well.

This is a tough one. I am an avid wine drinker (not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing). He is better than me at doing laundry. He has a green thumb and can grow anything. He's a great cook. The best thing is that's been my rock for the past 9 years especially when I lost both my parents, my twin brother and my nephew all within a 5 year period.

My husband has a habit of saying he is going to do a certain project (ie household) and never even starts it! That and he watches too much TV (but he can say the same thing about me being on the computer too much).

Thanks everyone. I think alcohol is a trigger. I didn't drink for 2 months and I was fine. Started drinking again the past couple weeks, mostly beer, and I've been miserable for a week. One trigger down! That's a start

I eat ground beef once a week. Usually tacos. I get 90 if I can 85 if not. Since I don't eat red meat often, to us it doesn't really matter. I enjoy the fattier flavor of 85. 90+ here in New York is 6.99/lb more if it's grass fed 85 here is 4.99
