You all were so right! My instructor was not how I imagined. She was not thin, had sleeve tattoos, spoke loudly but was so funny and showed modifications. Boy was she limber! I wore leggings and Under Armor and yoga socks and gloves. Going to feel this tomorrow. I'm gonna sleep like a baby! 19 more sessions to go!

I get the same thing. I over pronate and I have small arches. It's mostly my right foot. I also get cramps into the toes and some ankle pain. I need orthotics and I wear a brace during yoga. I usually bike for cardio so there's not a lot of impact on my feet. Best of luck.

Wow you really have that much time to spend daily at the gym? Three hours? I am lucky to get 1 in 3 x a week. Treadmill and all that cardio jazz is BORING but gotta do it. I spend 10 minutes stretching, 20-25 walking on the treadmill, and 20-25 minutes circuit training (if I have the time). So maybe an hour.
