Thank you all. I am going to start doing just that; take more time for myself, even if it's just a 30 minute walk. I have a husband to be strong for and a little girl to be there for as well. Time's are tough but have to be positive looking ahead.

Outside of chili, I usually only cook my protein in the crockpot; my husband doesn't like a whole meal out of it becuase he thinks it's too bland and turns mushy. Usually just pork loin or rump roast seasoned with French Onion Soup mix and that's it! Oh and grape jelly meatballs

I heard raspberry ketones were great but you have to take the concentrated form, not mixed with anything else to get results. They cost a fortune! Thanks everyone. I don't think restricting an entire food group is wide; just controlling it. I love dairy so this would be too tough for me. My sister lost 40 lbs on Paleo. But she's also a chef and cooks all clean foods for her clients. I can't afford that!
