I'm new but would like to give this a try! I need some help being accountable! I used to run and then stopped and gained a bunch of weight  I hope this can help me get back into running and get my weight under control. I'll aim for 50 miles in May. Thank you for setting this up!

Maybe cut back on weighing yourself every day, maybe try weekly to give your body a chance to even out. I'm only weighing monthly because I can easily get discouraged at the slightest gain. Just an idea - good luck!

Hello! I also need to lose about 100 lbs! I lost 70lbs a few years ago and I have slowly regained all the weight  I'm back on MFP starting today and I'm looking for a group of people who will keep me moving in the right direction!

- I'm in love with I Can't Believe its Not Butter "Spray" - it has zero fat and zero calories for 5 sprays! - I love Skinny Cow Ice Cream! I feel the need to have dessert, every night, and the SC allows me to do that for just over 100 calories - I can enjoy it without feeling guilty. - Light Yogurt. I have one every day,…

Great idea, thank you! I see that they have a boot camp class at my gym - I'll look into it.

What are your goals? I've lost about 65lbs total and I've sort of stalled out - I could use a push. I'm looking to lose another 40 to 50lbs. I do mostly cardio but recently started adding lifting into my workouts.

I had the same problem - my shoes were all around too small. Women's Nike Free shoes took care of the problem for me :)
