Thank you for the advice about not doing this every day. Can I do cardio on the days i'm not lifting. Or, what is a good way to incorporate cardio?

I was a tight size 10 bottoms. and lg for most shirts. i'm 5'8

Oh, i guess i should mention, I do cardio. 45 mins on the elliptical everyday or I do my C25K. I'm just wondering about what I should do in addition.
