I lost 30 old on T25 + calorie counting. Am just starting again after doing P90X3, and turbo fire. I went from size 16 to a size 9.

I thought it was just me. CVX was brutal but I didn't feel it until the next day.

I am 20 lbs down and I have 2 and a half weeks left in the beta phase. I didn't stick to the diet plan. I just made sure to keep my calorie count below 1500.

I am just getting into week 7. I am down a little over 20 lbs but MFP only shows what I lost since joining. I am down at least one dress size and can see a huge difference in my midsection. I am only doing 1500 calories a day at most. So T25 without Shakeology definitely works

When I looked down at the scale and it read 199. I refused to enter the 200's.
