  • How many calories would you increase them each time? Im thinking of doing this but Im in a competition and kinda of afraid I could be different. I dont know whether I should try 200 at first. I dont think 100 would be enough of an increase.

  • I did the warm glass of water with 1/2 of a lemons juice each morning for about a week but I did not notice any kind of difference. My "eat clean" book says it has a lot of benefits though.

  • I thought the same for sure it looks like a lot more than 20 lbs! I started at 202 and now at 181 and I can see a big change but yours is great! Keep up the great work!

  • I cannot wait either! If I lost 1 lb tomorrow at my weigh in I will have lost 20 lbs in 2 months!!! I normally average 8lbs per month. I really have to work harder this 3rd month though I am afraid its gonna slow up!
  • Im a college student and work full time, plus trying to win a biggest loser competition that ends the end of march so this group is just what I need for my last month in the competition.   • I too am confused, although I dont put my age on the machine at the gym. My heart rate watch is normally higher than what my bike says in cycling, yet its closer to machines like the treadmill or elliptical. I wish I knew for sure if my watch was right. And almost always MFP has a way higher calories burned than my watch…
