  • My cousin is a holistic nutritionist & she says do not drink diet. A lot of the times you hear of ppl feeling yucky, headache, etc. they stop drinking diet and they are better. I asked her one time if she would rather I drink diet or regular, she said neither but said if i really had to she probably pick regular.

  • I do sometimes. Normally I only have a cheat meal once a week. I really feel that the one high calorie meal allows me to lose more weight each week.

  • I have an older version of Polar HRM, it does not track sleeping. I cannot give advice on the rest, but heard a lot of good compliments on the fitbit and bodymedia.
  • I bet your husband is just scared because your really pretty and is afraid to lose you...that happened to one of my friends he wanted her to gain weight again! Luckily my weight hasnt affected my relationship! He met me when I was at my heaviest weight & he keeps complimenting me on my weight loss so far!!!
  • I do plain yogurt w/grapes, less sugars than the already added fruit, but I still eat those too, they are yummy! I also add grape nuts cereal to the grapes & yogurt sometimes!
