In the beginning I did not eat them at all and have found that eating some or half of them back is ok, but I dont do it always. Im still averaging the same weight losses so Im still pretty happy. & I am pretty much always satisfied with my food intake, I dont starve myself at all.

i tried to average out my carbs and they are from 160 to 190 but occassionally less. I dont totally watch them. I do not eat much stuff high in carbs later in the day. I try to get them in early. & good carbs too. Thank you very very much for all the kind words from everyone!!! :smile:

I have a cheat meal once a week, I have averaged a 2 lb loss each week too! & I do have a sweet treat once in a while, but it is definitely counted into my daily calories. Sometimes ill just eat avocado & tomatoes cut up together. My boss and I eat black beans heated up then put salsa & avocado in the beans its yummy! the combination of salsa & avocado together is so good! I have been wanting to try them with eggs, like on a sandwich. I have heard of recipes with them w/eggs.

You look great! Its crazy how older you look at the beginning, now you look really young! Id say younger than 23! Iv been bad on putting in my weekly weigh in but here is my progress. I weigh in on Tuesdays, but on 3/2/12 = 181 3/6/12 = 179 3/13/12 = 177 3/2/12 = 174 So by 3/30 I have to lose 3 lbs. I'm gonna do it!!!

I can definetly tell a difference, I couldn't really tell when I lost 13 lbs. Way to go! Keep up the good work, I want to look into the Jamie Eason program a lot of ppl have mentioned.

I am always afraid to eat too late. I normally try to eat anything heavy at least 3 hrs before bed. Mainly my reason is because a really long time ago I fell asleep when I was stuffed (Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner) when I woke up I had the worst belly ache ever so I associate going to bed too soon on full belly…

Awesome, I definitely know the feeling & it feels wonderful! I just completed a 5K & before only ran, 26 mins (2miles on treadmill), then, outside almost 2.5 miles, then practices the 5K going 3.3 miles & then completed the 5K. I do not eat my exercise calories burned. (for the most part anyway) I have read that you can and you will have better weigh ins. I have heard some ppl eat only half of them back too.
