Exactly! I am personally not concerned if someone wants to run on their hands and do back flips on the treadmill but the perfume thing is not okay at all. My reasons are totally shallow. I want to look good! Who doesn't? The health benefits are a wonderful side effect. I have better hair, better skin, I can walk the length of myself without being exhausted but I can honestly admit that I started this because I wanted to be HOT!!!

Just finished L1D8. I didn't do it yesterday. I had work for 12 hours and was just too tired when I got home. Back at it today though and felt pretty good. I felt I had much more endurance today. I'm still on the girlie push-ups though, I really don't think I'll ever be able to do them on my toes.

I actually started last Wednesday so today was Day 6 of Level 1 for me. I was really sore for the first three days but felt much better after that. She still kills me though. Did my workout after I got home from work today and still sweating like crazy. I'm burning about 224 calories per workout. I can't do a proper pushup…

I love my coffee too. Gave up the Starbucks and Second Cup though because they are soooo bad for me. Make mine at home now with that International Delights creamer....so good :love:

I love those drinks too. I couldn't believe the calories and sugar. I even tried ordering the sugar free syrup in a skinny but they are still so bad so I had to just give up drinking them :-(
