  • Try eating Whole Foods, it will give you nutrients that will help keep you fuller and thus won't feel the need to eat more. So food with fiber (oatmeal) and protein will keep you fuller longer than the equivalent amount of calories of processed food.
  • I highly recommend buying one big enough you can put a whole chicken in it. That way you can "roast" the chicken and have chicken for days! Meal prepping!!! I also love making meatloaf in it. It's such a wonderful time saver and it's so nice to have a warm dinner after work!
  • Yup; eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies. Heres an idea: A fun salad with spring mix (mix of different lettuces), fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mangos), a hint of protein (tofu, chicken, nuts), and a spoonful of cottage cheese..
