  • I'm on Day 10 of my first 30 whole. So far I'm enjoying all the fruit and vegetables, but am still tracking and snacking which I know your not supposed to do.

  • Frooze Balls are my new find. They sell them at fruit and vege shops in packs of 5. They are like biscuits, but are made of nuts and dried fruit. They are only 54 cal per ball and really fill the biccie craving. Plus since they only come in small packets, so there's not that many to eat (or over eat). I can't be trusted…
  • Hi, I'm Kate.. I've been on MFP for a while, but just started using it again recently. I'm in Auckland and am a stay at home mum to my two kids, aged 2 and 4. Really trying to get in shape for summer and gain a better fitness level.
  • Hi, I'm Kate. I live in Auckland with my hubby and two kids. I have just found MFP and love it! Although am a bit obsessive about adding everything in and playing with all the functions. Looking at losing 6 kgs to get to my goal, and then maybe a couple more after that, or just maintain. I'll have to see how I feel.
