I go running any time from 5am - 6am and have a PT once at week at 6am. Like you i prefer to get it done and dusted first thing, even though it is a struggle to get up! Feel so much better and awake for the rest of the day. x

Im sure you have heard it before but you muscle weighs more than fat - so athough you may not be loosing weight you are toneing up what you have got :)
