Started CLX workout: January 7, 2012 Starting Weight: 187.3 lbs Burn Phase: lost 5.5 inches & 7.3 lbs Push Phase: lost 8.5 inches & 8.8 lbs Total lost 14 inches & 16.1 lbs in 2 months. i am currently doing the lean phase, i'm on it's 2nd week. 2 weeks more to go.
