whole eggs pepper and a tiny bit of salt chorizo sliced red onion sliced mushrooms sliced peppers halved cherry tomatoes small handful of strong cheddar I like to leave the veggies out until the egg has firmed up so that they stay nice and crunchy

Can't help with recipes I'm afraid - my only recipe is for Pina Colada ice-cream and is horribley calorific (Malibu, pineapple juice, cream) although equally gorgeous! - but if you mush up bananas or strawberries and freeze them, they come out with a very ice-creamy texture. I'm on week 3, just about to move to wk4 providing the injuries hold off this time! I'm running on the treadmill at the moment, so that if I feel the tendonitis kicking off again I can just stop and go home, although I'm really missing running in the fresh air - not sure it's all that successful on the injury prevention…
