How is everyone doing on this challenge? I almost caved on Saturday when hubby was on duty, and the kids were in bed, I heard the Apple Twisted Gin calling me from the cabinet, but I told it to shut up and went to bed instead. At least I'll be getting a lot more sleep! :ohwell:

Okay, that makes a difference, my HRM shows I stay around zone 4 or 5 during most of my cardio, so that would be medium/high, which brings my TDEE up to like 1600, which shows I had it figured right from the beginning, eating at about 1500. ~sigh~

No advice, sorry. But I would LOVE to be in your "position" (at 45 I too am 5'4" but weigh 165 and you're UNDER my goal weight). If that's you in the picture you look just fine to me. Good luck though, I hope you get to where you want ! :flowerforyou:

I'm 45, 5'4", desk job but I work out 3-5 days a week alternating cardio and barbell class (both 60+ mins a piece). According to IIFYM.com, my BMR is 1380 with a TDEE of 1898 According to Scooby my BMR is 1383 (pretty close to IIFYM) with a TDEE of 2143 and the 20% deficit would be 1715 When I average them it comes out to…
