I have been faithfully wearing my fitbit flex for the last 30 days. Today I went in and added up all the "burned calories" totals for the past month and divided it by 30. I came up with 2031, would that be considered my TDEE? And if so, if I've been eating at 1500 for that same past month, why no weight loss? :huh:…
