hey, so happy to see so many posts. I want to use the hula hoop to have some fun at home while watching a movie or so. I also got to the gym and do my cardio, zumba classes and some strength training. thanks for all your answers. :)

Thanks for all your answers. I bought one yesterday on ebay. One of the heavy once with massage things. I loved hula hoop as a kid so I am looking forward to use it again.
